Fair use policy for tracker SIM cards

The "Tracker SIM" and "Smart Access" subscriptions are intended for normal personal use. If LOXY Switzerland proves that usage deviates significantly from normal use, or if there are indications that the SIM card is being used for special applications (e.g., streaming TV and videos), LOXY Switzerland reserves the right to suspend or restrict service provision at any time, or to take other appropriate measures.

1. normal self-consumption:

LOXY Schweiz AG defines "normal personal use" as normal mobile use up to a monthly data volume of 20 GB in connection with the use of the SIM card in a mobile device for Internet connections. Each additional GB or part thereof will be charged at CHF 20.00 per GB.

2. significant deviations from normal use and special applications:

"Significant deviation from normal use" and "special applications" mean that the subscription is used for purposes other than those for which it is intended (i.e. not in the sense of a normal mobile connection) or is misused.

Abuse refers to illegal use such as fraud, spam, etc. If LOXY Switzerland suspects a case of abuse as described in section 2, it will contact the customer to discuss the situation. Only if it is indeed a case of abuse as described in section 2 and the customer is unwilling to cease the use in question will LOXY Switzerland take appropriate action.
