Data protection consent of the customer of LOXY Switzerland AG

LOXY Schweiz AG stores the customer's personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the contract. The customer hereby expressly consents to the use of their personal data.

The customer acknowledges that LOXY Switzerland records the respective location or movement route of the tracking device and thus its location or movement route (hereinafter: "geodata") via satellite positioning and transmits the geodata via the mobile network to the Internet server of LOXY Switzerland AG. The customer agrees that this geodata will be uploaded to their personal, password-protected account on the LOXY Switzerland AG internet server and stored by LOXY Switzerland in this account. Upon termination of the contractual relationship between the customer and LOXY Switzerland AG, the geodata will be deleted immediately, provided that there are no legal retention obligations. The customer may revoke the storage of their geodata at any time with future effect by contacting LOXY Switzerland AG. The revocation can be sent by email to compliance@loxy.cloud or dpo@loxy.cloud.
